The Southport Medical Centre is relocating

The Southport Medical Centre has been our home for over 50 wonderful years…it will be a sad goodbye. However, the heart and soul of the Southport Medical Centre will live on at Labrador and we look forward to welcoming you to our new home – Tandem Health Southport Labrador Medical Centre.

We realise that for some this change in location may raise concerns around accessibility. Our staff are available to assist you to find the best option.

The Medical Centre is on the corner of Ahern Street and Central Street in Labrador. 

Public Transport: there is a bus stop outside the Labrador Medical Centre (Bus number 712). Ask our staff to assist you to find the best option.

Taxi/Uber/Transcord: Drop off available at the door.

Car: There is off street parking on both the East and West sides of the building. Labrador East car park entry is off Ahern Street and Labrador West car park entry is off Central Street.

Services: There is a QML Pathology collection centre on the West side at Labrador for your convenience.

East side/West side: As we have consulting rooms on both the East and the West sides of the building, when you call to book an appointment always clarify which side of the building your Doctor is located.

Our staff are available to assist if you have any concerns that have not been addressed. Please speak to Marilyn Elliot Practice Manager for any issues that staff cannot resolve.
